Because our products are digital products, they are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally final once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we want you to have a positive experience. We may consider a refund in circumstances such as:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
You purchased the same product accidentally more than once.
The purchased file is technically defective and we are unable to provide a functional replacement.
You were charged but did not receive access to the product and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible and also contact your payment provider.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
